What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Maintenance Technician position at Worklik ltd?
Key Responsibilities: Maintain residential and commercial pools by vacuuming debris, brushing walls, and skimming surfaces; test water chemistry and ensure chemical balance for a safe swimming experience.
Maintenance Duties: Conduct preventative maintenance on pumps, filters, and heaters; perform minor repairs on equipment and assist with emergency repairs as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of chemical levels, maintenance activities, and supplies; complete work orders with before/after photos and chemical readings.
Safety & Compliance: Follow and promote safety procedures; inform homeowners of non-compliance issues and ensure proper pool start-ups and winterizations.
Skills & Experience: Plumbing and electrical experience preferred; mechanical skills, pool equipment knowledge, and excellent organizational abilities required.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., with frequent standing, walking, and other physical activities.
