We are seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual design and creating appealing product displays in retail environments. Duties
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with provided schematics and planograms
- Clean and organize product displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment
- Assist with store remodeling projects to update and enhance merchandise presentation
- Develop training materials to educate store staff on merchandising best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to stigmatize new products effectively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with product location
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator or similar software for graphic design tasks related to merchandising projects
Qualifications
- Experience in visual design and merchandising is preferred
- Proficiency in utilizing planograms and schematics for product placement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design software is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing retail environments and work collaboratively within a team
