Job Summary

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of retail spaces and ensuring products are displayed effectively to drive sales and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Implement planograms to create visually appealing product displays
• Maintain and organize merchandise on shelves and racks
• Utilize stigmatise techniques to attract customers' attention to specific products
• Operate cash registers and process customer transactions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and sell products effectively
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Execute training development programs for store staff on merchandising best practices

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating visual merchandising materials
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in inventory management within a retail environment
• Ability to market products creatively to drive sales
• Knowledge of planograms and their implementation in retail settings

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
