Entry Level Customer Support and Marketing Specialist
- Location: Mt. Pleasant, PA
- Payrate: $22 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Ideal for recent High School or College Graduate or someone new to the workforce!!

What will you be doing?
- Utilize salesforce tracking system internally to manage customer support requests
- Communicate with customers directly via phone and email on regular basis
- Conduct product training sessions with new and existing customers, including follow-up
- Work with sales team to develop campaigns and strategies for business growth and customer acquisition
- Create marketing collateral and distribution channels.
Requirements:
- MUST have very strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- MUST be able to communicate with customers in a professional, courteous and friendly manner
- Degree in a computer science is preferred but not required
