Fulfillment Coordinator
- Location: Somerset, PA
- Payrate: $14.00/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM

What will you be doing? The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing E-Commerce customer orders, ensuring precise data entry and exceptional customer service. Assist data analysts to acquire product information to expand E-Commerce product offerings and gather sales, rankings, customer reviews and evaluate other competitive sales outlets.
- Enter accurately E-Commerce orders across multiple platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize software programs to expedite the acquisition and accuracy of data
- Expedite the growth of eCommerce sales
- Acquire product information to grow Wheeler Fleet Solutions’ presence in other eCommerce markets
- Conduct market research to validate pricing strategies
- Gather sales, rankings, customer reviews and evaluate other competitive sales outlets
- Attend meetings and/or calls with eCommerce customers
- Assist data analysts as needed to support eCommerce growth
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED and,
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in a Customer Service Role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel).
- Ability to problem solve and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Prior hands-on experience with automotive product installation and relevant knowledge.
