Machine Operator
- Location: Nicktown, PA
- Pay Rate: $14-$17 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 5pm

What will you be doing? A machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting, ensuring the smooth production of high-quality products by following standard operating procedures, performing routine maintenance checks, and monitoring the machine's performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues; often requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety guideline
- Machine setup and operation: Setting up machines according to production specifications, including adjusting settings and loading raw materials.
- Quality control: Inspecting products during production to ensure they meet quality standards and identifying any defects.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting: Performing routine maintenance tasks like cleaning and lubrication, identifying and reporting machine malfunctions, and making minor repairs when possible.
- Production monitoring: Observing machine performance, monitoring production rates, and adjusting settings as needed to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Safety compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery.
- Data recording: Maintaining production logs and documenting relevant information like machine downtime and quality issues
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
- Works well independently and with others.
- Good communication skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive task
