Position Overview :
As a Senior Network Engineer at NetXperts , you will serve as a trusted consultant, working directly with clients to design, implement, and support advanced network solutions. Your primary focus will be wireless networking, with additional expertise in voice technologies being highly desirable. This role emphasizes a consultative approach rather than internal IT operations, making experience in a reseller or consulting environment a major plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze, design, implement, and manage complex network and wireless solutions.
- Serve as a technical advisor and consultant for clients, guiding them through solution design, deployment, and support.
- Conduct network assessments, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Perform assessments, testing and validation of Wi-Fi services to ensure functionality and performance meet requirements.
- Lead and participate in technical presentations and customer training sessions.
- Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and industry best practices.

The pay range for this role is :
145,000 - 170,000 USD per year (orange county)
