- 9 years of hands-on current experience as a Java Developer, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply critical thinking to complex technical challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of software design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- 3 years of current experience working with backend RESTful APIs.
- 5 years of current experience with Spring Framework and Spring Reactive (Spring Boot, Spring Web Flux, etc.).
- 6 years of current experience in cloud technologies, with hands-on knowledge of designing and deploying applications in the cloud.
- 2 years of current experience working with Google Cloud (GCP), including services like Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, etc.
- Proven experience as a lead developer or team mentor for at least 2 years, with the ability to drive technical direction and improve team performance.
- Retail and e-commerce domain experience is a strong plus.
