- 5 Yrs of Experience as a Content Author
- Headless CMS platforms experience (AEM or Contentstack or any other CMS)
- Expereince with UAT
- Web Skills including web publishing
- Content Review Process - Coordinating with other teams (e.g., design, marketing, or legal) to get content reviewed and approved
- Team Collaboration - Working effectively with other team members, such as designers, marketers, and developers, to produce cohesive content.
- ADO for ticketing
Contentstack Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using Contentstack or similar Headless CMS platforms.
Content management: Proven experience in creating and editing content for digital platforms, with a keen understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to incorporate them into content creation.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in content creation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving content strategies and technology changes.
Soft Skills:
