About the job Data Entry Clerk Full / Part Time
The receptionist / data entry clerk will provide support to the office supervisor and others as needed. 20 to 35 hours per week.
POSITION FUNCTIONS INCLUDE : Greeting visitors and assisting with incoming calls, weighing trucks on scale, accurately recording weights and products, and QuickBooks data entry for A / R and A / P.
JOB REQUIREMENTS : ability to use ten (10) key adding machine, keyboarding skills and working computer knowledge, effective communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, good organizational skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the ability to maintain confidentiality. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Pay : $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
