What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Coach/Chaplain position at Workplace Care?
This position is a part-time contract position assigned as a Care Coach to a company in Jacksonville. Weekly onsite visits 1 hour each week. Must be skilled at building relationships and caring and coaching people through life issues such relationships, grief, stress, emotional issues etc.
Education- Minimum B.A. in Biblical studies, Counseling, Social Work and/or Divinity/Theology
Work experience other than ministry of 3-5 years
Christian ministry of 3 or more years
Must be able to care for people in the workplace from different backgrounds
Be available for after hours visitation in hospitals, funerals if needed
