Reports to : President / CEO or VP

Job Description :
As an Outside B2B Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing accounts. You will be the face of the company in representing our products and services to businesses in various industries. This role requires strong relationship-building skills , a high level of initiative , and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets .
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Account Management : Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
Sales Presentations : Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Territory Management : Plan and organize a sales strategy to maximize efficiency and coverage of the territory.
Reporting : Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development efforts in the CRM system.
Collaboration : Work closely with leadership to establish sales goals, as well as internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel (Primarily within a 1-2 hour drive, but there is no defined territory or limits)
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the box / custom box / packaging industry
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience with M1 by ECI (ERP) a plus.
