Commercial Furniture Dealership Sales Support

Workpointe, the premier provider of office furnishings, architectural and technology products, and services, seeks an experienced Sales Support to join our furniture dealership in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Operating procedures and best practices as established by dealer.
• Serve as point of contact and communication with the customer on designated projects.
• Help to establish, develop, and maintain the desired levels of customer satisfaction for each account and project.
• Publish status reports for review by the sales team and customer. Participate in regular team meetings and update all parties on the status of projects and activities.
• Identify and enlist resources necessary to effectively service the customer.
• Coordinate the production of installation drawings with the Designer/Architect and customer to ensure functionality of product as well as accuracy of specifications.
• Coordinate requests for delivery, service and installation with Operations personnel or outside contractors
• Be familiar with all contract agreements between the client and Workpointe.
• Utilize all order management reports to track orders.
• Ensure that all punch-list items have been resolved and orders closed out for invoicing in a timely fashion, including warranty items.
• Maintain accurate and standardized order records.
• Assist in Worksheet/2020 for Sales Team.
• Regularly participate in training on products and trends
• Receive Purchase orders from Sales/College and University/K12.

· Review documents for completion and verify net & sell pricing.

· Enter order through our operating system.

· Save all vendor PO’s in our project folders.

· Send all PO’s to the various vendors.

· Send any necessary revisions needed to Sales/sales coordinators as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
