About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Management Coordinator to assist with cataloging, organizing, and creating a streamlined process for managing our furniture samples. This temporary position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable handling inventory tracking and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct a comprehensive inventory of all furniture samples.
Organize and label samples for easy identification and accessibility.
Develop a detailed inventory list with descriptions, conditions, and locations.
Create and document a process for tracking, checking out, and returning samples.
Work closely with the team to ensure accurate record-keeping and sample availability.
Identify outdated or damaged samples and recommend next steps.
Qualifications & Skills
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Experience with inventory management or similar organizational tasks is a plus.
Ability to lift and move furniture samples as needed.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software is a plus.
