Position Description :
We are seeking a highly-motivated, mechanically inclined Lease Operator with a growth mindset who enjoys a dynamic, hands on, field-based work environment.
- Gauge production on assigned wells and record gauge readings, downtime and other pertinent well information into the production system.
- Perform lease maintenance such as minor surface pump and production equipment repairs and adjustments; trim weeds, clean up trash, etc.; grease pumping units, service lease equipment, etc.
- Assist in witnessing meter calibrations; monitor rates and pressures on injection and disposal wells; monitor chemical use; test safety systems daily to maximize production.
- Utilize SCADA to monitor and evaluate well performance and facility status, respond to SCADA alarms if required.

Location : Madisonville, TX
Rotation : 5 / 2 (9 hr days & Fridays 4 hrs. On call weekends every third week)
Pay : $40- $43 per hour - DOE
