What Will You Get To Do:
- Perform daily cycle counts, variance reconciliation, reporting and record maintenance
- Review all inventory transaction documents, reconcile paperwork, and resolve discrepancies
- Analyze variance root causes to eliminate inventory inaccuracy
- Work with the Production Supervisor to manage and prioritize job builds
- Ensure items are properly stored with the correct bar code
- Ensure proper inventory controls are in place and maintained
- Manage all unplanned material transactions and miscellaneous receipts in the ERP
- Coordinate with Purchasing for availability of raw materials
What Will You Bring:
- 2 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse management
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic skills in MS Word and Excel, Word, Outlook and the ability to learn ERP system such as Syteline
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse customer-base; good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills with ability to deal with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
