What You Will Be Doing:
You will be providing analytical support and monitoring performance across our Supply Chain regarding supplier performance, identifying current trends and risks, and providing recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Use Excel, Sequel & Power BI skills to develop, enhance and lead the SIOP process
- Use Data Mining & Data Analytic skills to design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data to provide meaningful information to aid in decision making
- Create, analyze and maintain dashboard metrics to monitor supplier performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Create, analyze, and maintain supplier performance metrics
- Function as the sourcing teams Oracle Super User
- Drive innovation in data presentation for recognizing buying trends, tracking cost
- Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sourcing related reports, metrics, and KPIs using Power BI
What You Will Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Mining and Data Analysis in a Purchasing or Finance department
- 2 years of experience in Demand Planning
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to use complex data to create a clear story that other members of the organization can understand
- Proven track record utilizing Sequel & Power BI, experience with ERP systems
