Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily office administrative duties such as answering phones and responding to emails
- Coordinating schedules for employees in the field and in the workshop
- Oversee and manage the operations of a team of 16-18 people
- Lead and develop employees in multiple divisions of the company
- Inventory tracking, ordering, and materials purchasing for the company’s steel welding and fabrication projects
- Writing up pricing quotes and delivering to prospective clients
