We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources department at Workshop / APD. This role will support the day-to-day HR operations and foster a positive workplace culture. The HR Coordinator will collaborate across teams to manage recruitment efforts, employee onboarding and offboarding, and cultural engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in recruitment, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating an engaging employee experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Maintain and track application statuses through Greenhouse ATS to ensure timely updates.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience by managing professional and timely communication with candidates, headhunters, and hiring managers.
- Build and establish relationships with hiring managers and external recruiting partners to streamline the recruitment process.
- Support HR Manager with the Internship program and be the main point of contact for interns.
