Job Summary: As a staffing coordinator, you will assist in managing candidate interactions, onboarding candidates and maintaining positive candidate experiences while learning about our clients and staffing needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys people interaction, and is eager to grow within the recruitment industry.
- Greet candidates with a positive attitude as they arrive at the office, ensuring welcoming and professional experience.
- Answer high-volume inbound phone calls from candidates and clients.
- Assist in the onboarding and processing of candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed accurately.
- Learn about our clients and staffing needs to better understand the recruitment process and prepare for potential future recruitment opportunities.
- Making a min of 25 outbound recruiting calls per day.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phones courteously and assist callers
- Proactively source qualified candidates from ATS and external job boards
- Reach out, screen, and schedule appointments with potential candidates
- Meet minimum outbound recruiting call and text requirements
- Conduct initial onboarding and ensure all forms are filled out properly and completely
- Conduct drug screens
- Work closely with Front Office Onboarding Coordinator to help ensure efficient candidate experience
- Additional responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Outstanding personality both over the phone and in person to provide top notch customer service
- Great communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
