DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Type a minimum of 45 wpm
Efficient in Microsoft Office : Word, Excel and Outlook
Must possess strong data entry skills
Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to details
Must be a team player with a professional and pleasant personality
Must enjoy working with the public and answering approx. 200-250 calls and emails a day REQUIRED SKILLS :
Must possess a High School diploma
4 years previous Customer Service experience NICE TO HAVES, BUT NOT REQUIRED :
Mechanical background and or trailer knowledge
Data Pro, Olark, Bazaarvoice and Sugar CRM program knowledge THINGS TO CONSIDER :
High volume position
Will be sitting for long periods of time
