WorkSolved Staffing is hiring for Soldering Tech on 1st Shift in the Walker area. Join our team as a Electronics Assembly professional and contribute to the production of high-quality electronic components. We are seeking an experienced individual with a passion for precision and attention to detail to assemble and solder printed circuit boards. If you have previous soldering experience and enjoy working with small electronic components, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities :
- Perform soldering and electronics assembly tasks to create high-quality printed circuit boards.
- Assemble small electronic components and perform wiring according to specifications.
- Ensure precise placement and alignment of components to maintain product integrity.
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to perform assembly and soldering operations.
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards throughout the assembly process.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective or faulty components as needed.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking and reporting of materials used.
