We are seeking a flexible, multi-tasking, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks and provide support to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED equivalent.
* Have a Valid Driver's License to pick up, send out US mail at the Post Office.
* 2 to 3 years proven experience in a clerical or administrative role.
* 1 to 2 years work experience with QuickBooks Desktop.
* Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel and a willingness to learn.
* Basic accounting and bookkeeping experience.

Job Duties:
The Office Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the office and its various departments. The duties include communicating with department heads, the public, donors, and suppliers. Interaction with our clients is very limited.
* Answer telephone calls and emails.
* Interact with the public at the front desk and refer clients to other departments.
* Type and file documents in predetermined systems.
* Input data into computer programs, print receipts and checks.
* Put bills and checks in Executive Director inbox for review and final signature.
* Generate monthly and annual Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements.
* Input payroll information for ADP to generate paychecks in a timely manner.
* Perform general human resource functions including vacation time, sick leave, medical benefits.
* Work with both stores to provide the opening cash register tills, security, credit card processing, balanced records, and accurate reports.
* Order office supplies for various departments as needed.
* Assist with inserting, sealing, and address printing of monthly newsletters.
* Work with Executive Director and other departments.
Days and Hours: Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wages: $3,640.00 per Month
