What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Worker position at WorkSource Inc.?
WorkSource is seeking Assembly Workers for a Client in the Westville area . Must have must have good work history, clean background check and reference of good attendance record.
Shifts:
7am - 3pm
3pm - 11pm
Monday - Friday
Compensation and Benefits include:
- Starting pay is $14.50/hr

Skills Required:
Basic Computer skills
Must be able to read scale, calipers and micrometers
Ability to use BUS system
Must be able to stand for entire work shift
Must be able to read and understand assembly prints and layouts
Must be able to understand flex flow, day and rank system
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
Ability to deflect free work
Ability to meet minimum production guidelines
Must be able to keep work station clean and organized
Safety Responsibilities:
Responsible to follow and participate in the Safety Program and adhere to the Safety Promise.
Must wear steel toed boots Perform their jobs in the safest manner prescribed – Never put themselves in harm’s way.
Conduct themselves in a way that enhances their personal safety and that of their coworkers contributing to a positive work environment. Report workplace hazards and make suggestions for their control. Use Stop Work Authority and respect Stop Work Authority on job. Cooperate and contribute toward the overall success of the safety program. Report all injuries and incidents as soon as possible.
