REQUIREMENTS
* Associate’s degree in human services or related field required
* OR 3 years direct experience in case management or related services
* Bilingual English/Spanish with demonstrated ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages
* Possess a Driver's License, proof of valid insurance, and access to reliable transportation
PREFERRED
* Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
* Two years’ experience (i.e. employment, internships, and long-term volunteer position) in the field
JOB DUTIES
* Provide personalized case management and support to clients, ensuring their self-sufficiency and stable housing
* Compassionately and professionally conduct screenings and assessments to determine program eligibility
* Connect clients with community resources
* Advocate for housing opportunities on behalf of the organization and clients
* Maintain precise client documentation and collaborate closely with the Client Services Manager to facilitate client success
HOURS
* Monday - Friday
* 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
* Occasionally will need to work some early mornings, evenings, or weekends
PAY
* $26.97 per hour
EMPLOYER COMMENTS (benefits or notes)
* Required to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire and keep active throughout employment
* Travel required for site visits throughout Central Oregon
* Satisfactory criminal background check required
* Applicants must complete the Bloodborne Pathogens and Naloxone Training within 90 days
