As a Customer Service Representative in Lake Oswego, you will work on diverse tasks including device setup, order management, and troubleshooting via email, phone, and chat.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service or tech support experience
- Experience with Office365
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
JOB DUTIES
- Order entry and plan management in carrier systems (AT& T, Verizon, T-Mobile preferred but not required)
- Work support tickets via Email, Phone, and Chat
- Set up new phones and tablets, including security profiles, app loading, etc.
- Package and ship devices to customers
- Maintain internal database and ticketing systems
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, both in person and via chat
HOURS
Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
PAY
- $18/hr
- Possibility of yearly pay increases and bonuses based on performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
