A locally owned automotive repair shop in Bend is looking for a General Automotive Repair Technician to assist the owner and operator in completing work from Monday to Thursday. Training and tools are provided, with a requirement that applicants have some automotive repair technical experience to be considered. REQUIREMENTS
* Driver's license to operate customer vehicles
* Some technical automotive repair experience

* Automotive diagnostic experience

JOB DUTIES
* Complete work orders alongside the owner/operator in a timely fashion, according to booked rate timetables
* Perform general upkeep of tools and shop to maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Interact with customers to answer questions, estimate costs and completion time, and understand needed repairs
* Perform repair and maintenance on customer vehicle's brakes, suspension, transmission, engine or other areas for full customer satisfaction
* NOTE: This employer does NOT do internal engine or internal transmission work for customers
HOURS
* Monday - Thursday
* 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
* Hours may vary based on workload
PAY
* $20 per hour, depending on experience
* PLUS $5 per hour addition for services book rate
