JOB SUMMARY
An employer is motivated landscaper and laborer to join our team from April-November 2025. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of horticulture, be skilled in operating landscaping equipment, and have an eye for design. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential as you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. Additionally, your role will involve collaborating with a team to execute various landscaping projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
*Minimum 1 year experience as a landscaper or general laborer; Will train the right candidate.
*Valid Driver's License to drive company vehicle to work sites.
*Must be willing to drive or travel to work sites in Oregon and Washington.
PREFERENCES
*Spanish speaking to communicate with employer, team and clients.
JOB DUTIES
*Lawn mowing.
*Hedge Trimming.
*Pruning.
*Rototilling.
*Laying out bark dust.
*Installing brick walls, retaining walls.
*Cleaning gutters.
*Weeding.
*Trim trees or other vegetation.
*Clean facilities or sites.
*Remove debris from work sites.
*Operate grounds maintenance equipment.
*Irrigate lawns, trees, or plants.
*Prepare chemicals for work application.
*Maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.
*Drive company truck with equipment.
*Other general landscaping duties.
HOURS
*Monday through Friday; Some weekends.
*30-40 hours a week; Overtime after 40 hours.
PAY
*$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
