What are the responsibilities and job description for the OUTPATIENT THERAPIST position at WorkSource Oregon?
The OP Therapist is responsible for providing therapy services to children, youth, adults, and families insured under the Oregon Health Program. The OP Therapist is responsible for providing services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned clients at their designated outpatient location. This role will provide consultation services and / or case management services to the community professionals who also support the client in order to support the overall mental health goals of the client.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
- Master's degree in a mental health related field.
- Current QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional) certification.
- Driver's license to drive to clients' homes.
- Communication skills to acknowledge the needs of others and recognize various points of view.
- Skills to interact collaboratively with others based on what is in the best interest of the client / resident.
Microsoft Office Suite / Outlook experience preferred.
A background check will be conducted through ODHS.
Job Duties :
Hours : 40 per week, day shift.
Pay : $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. $5000 sign-on bonus. Benefits : Medical, vision and dental insurance. Paid sick leave, vacation and holiday pay.
