The Member Coordinator provides excellent customer service to our Members and walk-in customers. Ideal candidates should have an energetic personality, enjoy meeting new people, and have great communication skills.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Direct contact for walk in prospects and tours
- Assist in planning and managing monthly social hours and events
- Creation of move-in packets and completion of move out procedures
- General customer service
-Content creation for social media campaigns
- Mail sorting/delivery
- Facilitate catering for member meetings
- Ensure spaces are appropriately prepared for meeting/event (adequate seating, supplies, etc.)
- Assist with outgoing mail
- Maintaining member/guest satisfaction by way of efficient service and problem solving
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience utilizing social media for marketing purposes preferred.
Ability to create social media content in Canva preferred.
