Asset Specialist - Onsite

JOB PURPOSE:

Actively collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high quality images for marketing assets and technical documents and enhance project renderings using CET 3D design software. This includes maintenance and document control of product images ensuring accuracy in marketing resources and collateral.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce focused renderings, encompassing environment creation, product selection, and design strategy, utilizing CET 3D design software and Keyshot as needed.
• Prepare periodic product audits, ensuring the integrity of previously rendered products and designs maintain consistency and meet product specifications.
• Assist in managing the design resource library through the Data Asset Management (DAM) online solution, ensuring organization and accuracy.
• Work closely with Technical Product Specialist to learn and understand new product information or specifications to increase and maintain product and material knowledge.
• Field requests from the internal staff and sales teams to provide rendering support promptly with thoughtful and relevant responses, ensuring a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Design Team to enhance project and product renderings as needed for various campaigns and literature.
• Communicate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with the Marketing Team, specifically with the Strategic Manager and the Creative Manager, to understand and maintain the branding identity strategy for divisions as it pertains to products and to develop appropriate aids for internal and external customers.
• Visit other company locations, customers, and attend industry events as needed.
• Travel up to 25% of time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience and/or Training:

• 1 year of experience converting drawings into accurate renderings of furniture products.

Licenses/Certificates: None

Technology/Equipment: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel, design/3D rendering software, and drafting software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Technology/Equipment: Proficiency working with data asset management (DAM), customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and project management software, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Photoshop, and multimedia equipment.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:

Sitting for long periods of time, 6-8 hours per day. Walking, speaking, hearing seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools and typing. Semi-frequently lift up to 30 lbs. Some tasks may require the employee to bend, stoop, twist, and turn.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Indoor office working environment. Office is temperature-controlled all year round. Minimal hazards identified.
