JOB PURPOSE or JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform duties to accurately verify all inbound products and receive shipments into ERP system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect incoming product for damage or defects.
- Verify and count product received.
- Match BOL, packing slips, and other paperwork related to received product.
- Enter receipts into ERP system.
- Label and store received products.
- Process RMA’s returned product that may be incorrect or damaged.
- Receive and sign for deliveries and notify recipients.
- Provide backup support to the Inventory Control Coordinator.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment.
- Operate forklift regularly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience and/or Training:
Licenses/Certificates: Obtain Forklift Certification internally.
Technology/Equipment: Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite.

- 1 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in a shipping/receiving/warehouse environment.
- Experience using scales and measurement tools, reading and recording measurements.
Licenses/Certificates: Forklift Certification.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Standing for the working hours of each shift, 5 hours daily. Walking in the Production department to different areas of work. Speaking, hearing, seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools and typing. Regularly lift up to 60 lbs. for 5 hours per day. Team-lift as specified by leadership.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor working environment, hot in Summer, temperature controlled in Winter. Moving machinery, i.e. forklifts, moveable carts, etc. Uneven ground where cart tracks are identified. Air quality may be dusty and potentially require additional PPE in certain areas. Sound level below 85 decibels except in areas specified as requiring hearing protection.
