On-site Community Manager for two flexible office locations (Braintree and Canton)
Workspace is a successful flexible office business with 5 suburban Boston locations. We offer private furnished offices, coworking, meeting rooms, and virtual office services.
We need a part-time (minimum of 25 hours/week) community manager to oversee our Canton and Braintree locations which have approximately 60 combined members.
The Community Manager is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and visitors to foster a strong sense of community. If you enjoy keeping busy and interacting with people, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily Operations
- Continuously maintain community vibe, orderliness, and cleanliness
- Opening and closing procedures
- Ordering necessary supplies as needed (including for the 3 kitchenettes)
- Engaging with members
- Greeting guests and notifying clients of their arrival
- Distributing mail and accepting packages daily
Front Desk Coverage
- Welcoming members & visitors
- Managing member communications
New Member Sign-Ups
- Conducting tours, sending out proposal letters, and closing deals
- Entering prospects and new members into our CRM (OPTIX)
Hours are flexible, ideally 9:00 to 2:00 Monday through Friday.
