Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Sales Support Specialist to provide support to our sales team. This role involves a combination of customer service, administrative tasks, and operational assistance to ensure smooth processes and excellent client satisfaction. You will be working closely with various departments, including sales, design, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Purchase Order Management: Assist in generating and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule installation appointments, working with both clients and installation teams, internally and externally to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, updating customer information, and maintaining accurate records.
- Sales Team Assistance: Provide support to the sales team by preparing and attending presentations, generating reports, creating/ revising proposals and following up on customer requests.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role (B2B sales support experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the office furniture or workspace solutions industry is a plus.
- Experience with CORE Software or other CRM’s and order management tools.
- Experience with CET, CAD, 2020 or other design software platforms.

This is a Full-Time position, based out of our working Studio located in the Miller House. The Miller House is located in the historical core of downtown Jacksonville, Oregon. This is a full-time hourly position with the following benefits available:
