Working Environment:
Indoor working environment. Office is temperature-controlled all year round. Production may be hot in the summer and temperature-controlled in the Winter. Moving machinery, i.e. forklifts, moveable carts, etc.; uneven ground where cart tracks are identified. Air quality may be dusty and potentially require additional PPE in certain areas. Sound level below 85 decibels except in areas specified as requiring hearing protection.

- Direct and manage all warehouse operations, optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory and floor utilization to increase department productivity and operating within budget controls.
- Coordinate daily shipping priorities with support from the plants, customer service and logistics service provider.
- Manage the production assembly area to meet customer needs.
- Drive performance metrics for warehouse operations, monitor KPIs, and initiate process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Implement lean principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and drive best practices for efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Demonstrate and enforce a culture of safety in the operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Establish work schedules, ensure that the schedules are correctly implemented and that tasks are assigned effectively, and completed properly by delegating responsibilities and holding individuals accountable for performance expectations.

- 7 years of warehouse management experience in driving warehouse cost improvements, safety, inventory control and driving warehouse efficiency.
- 5 years of leadership experience in mentoring and managing a team
- 5 years of proven track record in driving a safety culture.
- Strong aptitude to think critically, solve problems, and drive improvements in a professional and respectful manner.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain management for a manufacturing organization.
