Admissions Manager
Position Summary :
Manages all aspects of the resident admission process and experience ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
Qualifications :
- High school or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA, proven success protecting confidential information
- Passion and dedication to helping others and remaining professional in all situations
- Experience with admissions, skilled nursing or hospital setting preferred
- Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills – good on phones
- Works collaboratively and independently and follows procedures
- Remains calm in stressful situations
