**Job Description:**
The Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading the Clinical/Nursing Services Department and ensuring the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, evaluating department processes, and leading by example.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:**
- To plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Clinical/Nursing Services Department.
- To develop and maintain written policies and procedures.
- To evaluate department processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- To lead by example and work alongside staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid California RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR and BLS certifications.
- Minimum three years' experience as a supervisor in a hospital or nursing setting.
- Minimum six months' experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
