We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager who can lead our Clinical/Nursing Services Department and ensure the highest level of quality care is maintained at all times. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:**
- To plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Clinical/Nursing Services Department.
- To develop and maintain written policies and procedures.
- To evaluate department processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- To lead by example and work alongside staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid California RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR and BLS certifications.
- Minimum three years' experience as a supervisor in a hospital or nursing setting.
- Minimum six months' experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
