We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our Clinical/Nursing Services Department. As a key member of the Workstream team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the department.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department.
- Evaluate department processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead by example and work alongside staff members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain and improve as needed the quality of patient care and standards of care.
Requirements:
- Valid California RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR and BLS certifications.
- Minimum three years' experience as a supervisor in a hospital or nursing setting.
- Minimum six months' experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
