We are hiring for a hands-on recruiter who will be working directly with the CEO and co-founder of Workstream. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the co-founder of the company, to partner up the increase the talent density and build out the team together!
At series B, we are quickly expanding our product portfolio as we are rapidly building out more of our product offering from payroll, time and shift scheduling, onboarding to AI agents to help automate HR processes. There are 2.7 billion hourly workers, who make up 80% of the global workforce, but they've been heavily underserved by technology and deserve better. We help local businesses around you hire, manage, and pay qualified workers.
As a Lead Recruiter at Workstream, you will play a critical role in shaping the teams that drive our mission forward. This is a unique opportunity to report directly to and collaborate closely with our founder and CEO, gaining unparalleled exposure and impact in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This is an in-office role, requiring five days a week of on-site collaboration in Menlo Park and San Francisco, CA.
Day in the Life :
- Sourcing Excellence : Strategically source and attract top-tier SaaS talent across various platforms, building strong pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and closing offers.
- Stakeholder Partnership : Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leaders across departments to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Candidate Experience : Drive a world-class candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a seamless hiring process.
- Analytics and Reporting : Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously optimize hiring strategies and demonstrate progress to stakeholders.
