About the Role :

We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Business Development Executive to join our client's dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with clients, and actively contributing to the company's growth. You will partner with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with client needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of the consultative sales process with emphasis on discovery, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Compensation Package :

    Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Expected OTE of $180K-$200K plus residual commissions. Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
