About the Job:
WorkTrust Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Workday Architect to join our team. As a Workday expert, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Workday HCM and/or Financials modules to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Develop and maintain system architecture for scalability and performance
- Manage data migration, integrations, and customizations to streamline processes
- Provide second-level support and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with Workday best practices
- Create and customize reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with Workday in a system administration or support role
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
- Proven experience with system configuration
