Our consultancy is seeking talented and driven individuals for our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice at various levels, including Senior Consultants. As a member of our team, you will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and training, with the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and direction of our EPM practice. Locations: Remote (anywhere in the US); Boston, MA Area

Job Type: Full-Time Employee

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery within a workstream, including documentation, development, testing, and training.
• Utilize strong development skills to handle various requests and provide solutions even when facing roadblocks.
• Employ visualization techniques and data-driven storytelling to effectively communicate the significance of data.
• Analyze systems, identifying key components such as people, behaviors, practices, policies, and processes.
• Apply best practices for project delivery, including utilizing preferred templates for unit testing, documentation, etc.
• Proactively identify and communicate project risks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective EPM solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and training.
• Contribute to the growth and development of our EPM practice.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required.
• Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices required.
• Experience in the full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training) preferred.
• Proper U.S. work authorization.
• B.S. or B.A. degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to travel (Monday – Thursday) during the work week, if required.

Skills:

• Minimum two years of development experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion, PBCS, EPBCS, PCM EPM Cloud) solutions.
• Functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and/or account reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of MS Office required (MS Excel "power user" a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication/relationship-building skills.
