The Escrow Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include :
Prior to Closing :
- Order payoffs and final utility statements for files; verify that payoffs match title commitments.
- Handle all file requirements before closing, including but not limited to liens, judgments, and bankruptcy requirements.
- Obtain past and present tax information; ensure that current taxes have not been paid.
- Order and follow up on HOA letters, bylaws, financials, and irrigation documents.
- Obtain commission details for the real estate agents involved in the transaction.

Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $18.82 - 22.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
