We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Sales Development Representative opportunity with a leading real estate marketing technology provider known for its fast-paced innovation, collaborative work environment, and strong commitment to employee growth and success.

This is a full-time, hybrid position in Denver, CO, requiring candidates to commute to the office as needed.

Your Specific Duties Will Include:
Product Mastery and Sales:

  • Quickly learn and develop a deep understanding of real estate marketing technology products and services.
  • Engage with prospective clients to assess their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team revenue goals.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Convert inbound leads into one-on-one product demonstrations.
  • Support Sales Account Executives with lead follow-ups and conversions.

Strategic Growth and CRM Management:

  • Maintain and organize the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Provide regular pipeline reports and updates to management.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking leads, prospects, and customer interactions.

Specific Qualifications for the Position Include:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in an inside sales role.
  • Experience in real estate, marketing technology, or SaaS pipeline development preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Experience with online presentation platforms (Zoom, Teams, GoToMeeting) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Apple software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

Pay Rate Range:  $21.86 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
