We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Administrative Assistant opportunity with our client. Build your career in a dynamic, customer-focused, and stable environment. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Maintaining and updating the sales calendar, including scheduling upon request.
  • Running monthly and quarterly reports and sending them to leadership.
  • Supplying order fulfillment.
  • Attending meetings, taking notes, and distributing them.
  • Managing ACE and F&I training classes, including registrations, reminders, and setup.
  • Coordinating and tracking sales team project initiatives, providing updates from stakeholders.
  • Building and supporting team PowerPoint presentations, as needed.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

Education & Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of recent administrative experience.
  • Special Qualifications :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and detail-oriented, while being an effective team player.
  • Must possess strong planning, scheduling, and writing skills.
  • Pay Rate Range : $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
