- Developing, managing, and directing brokerage relationships in the Dallas market.
- Staying informed about current and evolving lease terms and negotiating Letters of Intent (LOIs) for new and renewing tenants.
- Conducting market research to assess competitive properties and identify opportunities.
- Supporting lease contract documentation, including leases, amendments, addendums, and LOIs.
- Collaborating with the Asset Manager and Property Manager to estimate tenant improvement (T.I.) costs.
- Acting as a liaison between tenants and Property Managers before lease execution.
- Tracking and reporting leasing progress to executive management on a weekly basis.
- 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
- Licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, Yardi, and Yardi Deal Manager.
- Proven ability to manage multiple leasing projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate with brokers, tenants, managers, and executive teams.
- Excellent technical writing and business communication skills.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to address leasing challenges.
