The Escrow Branch Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include :
- Coordinating with sales management to plan and implement marketing programs aimed at increasing escrow service revenues.
- Overseeing branch escrow accounting functions and reporting any discrepancies to management under corporate guidelines.
- Assisting escrow personnel to ensure adherence to good escrow practices and company procedures.
- Responding to complex questions regarding escrow and closings.
- Collaborating with the Escrow Administrator, as needed, to evaluate and establish uniform procedures.
- Keeping management informed of potential claims or loss situations.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $90000 per year
