Essential Duties Related to ONS, Deposit, and ACH Fraud :
- Verify all potential ONS, Deposit, and ACH fraud cases as identified in the Bank's Fraud Detection Systems.
- Follow Exception Item procedures and perform the appropriate protocol.
- Notify Branch Operations of any questionable items to obtain approval.
- Track and retain resolutions for exception items.
Essential Duties Related to Credit and Debit Card Fraud :
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : $19.67 - $27.39 / hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
