The Marketing Director is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include :
- Developing and overseeing the performance marketing strategy while managing a team of marketing professionals and freelancers.
- Creating and managing Google Ads campaigns (SEM).
- Building and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns (social media advertising).
- Driving SEO efforts to achieve top organic search rankings.
- Regularly reviewing and refining advertising campaigns to maintain a positive ROAS.
- Managing paid listings on third-party websites and media partners.
- Developing and implementing email marketing and automation strategies, including EDM newsletters, drip campaigns, and loyalty campaigns.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
Pay Rate Range : 75K to 96K annually
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
